Mental Health Services Strategic Plan Update

     •  Each school has a Mental Health Designee (MHD) who facilitates collaboration with all Student Services team members to support all tiers
          — MHD in elementary: School Counselor
          — MHD in Secondary: Student Assistance and Family Empowerment (SAFE) Coordinator
               - School-based social worker supports the MHD role
