Today, the Orange County School Board met for a scheduled Rule Development Workshop at the Ronald Blocker Educational Leadership Center to review multiple school board policies.
School board members received an update from the Office of Legal Services staff regarding proposed revisions and repeals to the below polices. The proposed changes will be brought before the School Board for approval at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 9. The above policies will become effective upon approval.
Policy BA – School District Operational Goals
Policy BDD – Board Superintendent Relations
Policy BDF – Unitary Status Advisory and Oversight Committee
Policy BDG – School Attorney / Legal Services
Policy BG – School Board Policies and Policy Process
Policy BGC – Review of Policies (repeal)
Policy EBBA – Disease Prevention; Face Coverings (repeal)
